Any goods supplied by us are not sold on a trial basis or on any approval and therefore are not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We would like you to be happy with your purchase, if unsure of suitability please contact us first. Colours of machines may vary from those advertised.
All prices are shown with a VAT breakdown.
All items must be paid for in full before they can be despatched. We accept payment via World Pay (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, JCB) and Paypal. Alternatively you can send a cheque, however no goods will be despatched until your cheque has cleared. If your payment by cheque is dishonoured we reserve the right to recover all our costs with regards to bank charges and administration. This fee is £10.00 per returned cheque. Amercian Express is not accepted
All parts, accessories and machines come with a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated; this excludes serviceable items such as seals, high pressure hoses etc and fair wear and tear. Should an item develop a fault or stop working, you must contact us straight away. All items that we sell are suppied with a return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. If we request the item to be returned to us for repair or agree to provide you with a replacement, the faulty item must be returned with a copy of your purchase invoice; it must also be returned at your cost and remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We will take no responsibility for any items lost in the post.

Please allow 2 working days for delivery (excluding the day of placing the order). If an item is out of stock, a delivery time will be advised when you place your order. If you are not satisfied with the delivery time stated then we will look to give you a refund. If more than one item is purchased at the same time and not all the items are in stock we reserve the right to split the order and send items separately.
At our discretion we may accept unwanted items for return; however you must contact us by telephone first to speak with us regarding these matters. Items must be returned no more than 14 days from the date you received delivery. Any items returned must be unopened and undamaged. A 20% restocking and handling charge will be deducted from your refund. It is your responsibility to return the item to us, including any incurred costs. We will take no responsibility for any items lost in the post. The original invoice must be returned with the item; a copy is not acceptable.
Karcher HD & HDS Pressure Washer Warranty
All Karcher HD and HDS pressure washers come with a standard 12 months manufacturer’s warranty excluding damage and wear and tear.
2 Years warranty
From the 1st of September 2016 all Karcher HD and Karcher HDS pressure washers sold by North West Trading Company are covered with a 2 year warranty subject to servicing.
Karcher HD Pressure Washers
All Karcher HD cold water pressure washes must be serviced by us at the end of year one to qualify for a second years warranty. Rubber seals / o, rings are wear and tear items and are not covered under manufacturers or North West Trading Company’s extended warranty. The high pressure hose, lance and gun are covered by a 28 day Karcher UK warranty. Any Damage or misuse will not be covered by any warranty.
Karcher HDS Pressure washers
All Karcher HDS hot water pressure washers must be serviced by us to qualify for a second years warranty. Please contact us for more details with regards to cost and servicing frequency. Rubber seals / o, rings are wear and tear items and are not covered under Karcher UK or North West Trading Company’s extended warranty. The high pressure hose, lance and gun are covered by a 28 day Karcher UK warranty. Any damage or misuse will not be covered by any warranty.
In order for a Karcher HDS machine to have more than 12 months warranty on the heating coil Karcher RM110 or RM111 chemical protector must be used in accordance with Karcher UK guide lines. Please contact us for more information regarding 1 - 3 years coil warrantys.
